Complete this survey within 48 hours of your delivery date. Network installations include 2 hours of non-chargeable time. Automation One personnel assist with device configuration, print drivers, and additional software; your network support personnel handle network connectivity changes.

Network contact must have access to passwords for workstations and servers.

To better streamline our installation efforts and limit downtime, this completed survey needs to be submitted to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. This survey needs to be completed before network connectivity can take place. All network installations are to be conducted by the customer’s network support personnel; Automation One network personnel are only available to assist in the device configuration, installation of print drivers and additional software. Automation One assumes no responsibility for changes to network configurations. Network installations include 2 hours of non-chargeable time; any additional install time may be chargeable, depending on the circumstances.
