Before we arrive

Network installation survey

Filling this out before an installation visit helps us bring exactly the right cables, drivers, and credentials. The more we know up front, the faster — and less disruptive — the install will be.

Complete the full survey online — customer and delivery details, network communication, print driver defaults, scanning requirements, and software applications. Submit within 48 hours of your delivery date so network connectivity can be planned before we arrive.

Network installations include 2 hours of non-chargeable time. Automation One network personnel assist with device configuration, print drivers, and additional software; your network support personnel handle network connectivity changes.

Billable visits

Billable confirmation request

For work outside your service contract — rentals, moves, training, or end-of-life pickups — we always confirm scope and billing authorization before dispatch.

Complete the confirmation form online — company details, service rates, and your printed name — to acknowledge that charges will be billed to your account after service is completed.
