This is a signed acknowledgement of the charges for service provided by Automation One’s Service and I.T. departments. The following rates apply.

Technical Service — $149.00 per hour — minimum 1 hour charge. Parts as required plus travel time and taxes.
I.T. Remote Support — $169.00 per hour — minimum 30 minutes. Taxes not included.
I.T. Onsite Support — $169.00 per hour — minimum 1 hour charge. Plus travel time and taxes. (This service is provided under condition of release of any liabilities to Automation One)
